Questions about AutoABAP task

Hello,

Please help me with answers to below questions :

Question 1 - Where do I find the AutoABAP dispatcher / task running at OS level ?

Question 2 - If the task is stopped, then is there anyway to start same ? (without taking complete server restart)

Question 3 - Is there a way to monitor the AutoABAP with System Monitoring so that we get an alert in Solution Manager when it is down.
