There is a recurring problem when opening SAP B1 ver. 9. database/company list do not appear on the select company window, even the Sql server type does not show 2008/2012 server types.  I already have the workaround. I just wanted to know what causes this behavior.

Hi Luis

Try the below way to get the database list in SAP Login screen.

1. Restart the ALL MSSQL services, ALL SAP services, TAO NT Naming, TCP/IP Net bios Services.

2.  After Restarting go to Licence Manager => Setting => Configure Setting

3.  Login into SLD and Select the Server.

4.  Try to Login SAP Now

With regards

In the users profile under App Data Local, check if your user has a version of the SAP files under Virtual Store folder. If so, either remove it, or replace it with the correct version
