Error: Cannot get request dispatcher for path $DYNAMIC

Hi All,

We recently upgraded our SAP Netweaver eservices portal (icss_b2b) from NW 701 to NW 7.4 SP9.
we deployed our custom icss_b2b component on NW 7.4

After upgrade we are facing below attached error when we click on paginator to navigate between different pages.

500 Internal Server Error

Error: Cannot get request dispatcher for path $DYNAMIC

As I am new to portal development please suggest what might be the reason for this error, or some xml file I need to adjust ??.

Thank You for the reply.

We upgraded the below components to 733 as mentioned in the notes but same result.

SAP-CRMJAV

SAP-CRMWEB

CRM IPC Mobile 7.0

SAP-SHRWEB

We still see the same exception when clicking on paginator.

Hi,

As per the note you have to upgrade below components

SAP-CRMJAV

SAP-CRMWEB

SAP-SHRWEB

SAP-SHRJAV

SAP-CRMAPP

SAP-SHRAPP

Make sure you also upgrade the patch level of the upgraded components near to the latest patch available.

I can see these 2 components (SAP-CRMAPP & SAP-SHARAPP) you mentioned are also already ugraded to 733 latest patch level.
