Dear All,

I am facing a panic issue, please let me know what could be the reason ?

When i run V_V2 Tcode  confirmed qty of a order item becomes ZERO , where it should not be happened.

I know that V_V1 is obsolete and even same problem when i run V_V1.

Mahen,

When you run V_V2, then the confirmed qty will change to 0 either if stock is 0 or Customer is struck in Credit management. So first pl do the following:

1. Check Stock before and after V_V2.
2. Why is there need to run V_V2? Why can't qty be confirmed in Sales Order regardless of Stock.

I've worked extensively on V_V2.

Pl check and confirm.

If Credit Management is activated and that customer have exceeded the credit limit, in that case also, this will happen.

Hi,

please check note 1861066. When you only have available quantity for a partial confirmation then the setting in OVZJ could be a reason for the described system behavior. This is e.g. also described in the note.
