SAP Charms Urgent Change Error

Hello Experts

We are creating a request for change and trying to update the scope as urgent change. After approving and trying to 'Release for Development' stage it should normally create a change object ID for the urgent change but we are being diverted to a blank BSP .

We are not facing the error while creating a normal change

Could you please help us with this error ?

Did you check transaction SLG1 looking for errors.

I hope it should not be redirecting to the Https.

Can you check if your number range for the urgent change is fine.

Also can you check the copy controls for the urgent change from the ZMCR are defined appropriately.?

Also please check if the web ui for urgent change had been altered recently or if you had performed any enhancements.

Thanks for your reply , I'm able to create an urgent change for different project for a different landscape.

So I believe there is no problem with the copy controls or the number range.

Ok, If you confirm that it is working fine for other projects. then please can you check the type of this project.

Hi,

Project type is Maintenance Project. The working project is also maintenance project. I have compared the properties for both the projects and found to be same. Is there anything that needs to be taken care in addition for Urgent Changes as the normal changes is working for the same project.
