Black mark when pdf is given to printer in sap

Hi experts,

when pdf copy is given to printer, user is getting output as below where there are black spots.

Please help me in resolving this issue.. user has raised high priority issue

Hi,

Check the color saturation for that Window in smartform .

it is not smart form

but it is adobe form

There is no recent change in adobeform. Hence it is not issue from ABAP Team.

BASIS has resolved this.
