Company Logo not displaying after immediate logon - NW 740

Dear Experts,

We have the requirement to set company logo in SAP easy access screen. We have done the changes in SMW0 as well as in SM30 -- >SSM_CUST however, it is not working when users logon to the system immediately.

If I use /n and start the easy access screen it is displaying without any issues. I have referred SAP note 1664254 - Company logo not displayed immediately when logging on  

but It is not applicable to netweaver 7.40 system. Kindly let me know any other options to resolve this.

Hi Sriram,

Yes, I have done the configuration however it seems issue is with FM WB_BITMAP_SHOW.

Applied the SAP note 2074441 - Logon screen missing from initial screen to resolve the issue.
