PO are not receiving to vendor in sost.

Hi Experts,

i have an issue with POs are not receiving by vendor. but in sost it shows the status Transmitted.

user getting the reply from server is

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

and for external users the Problem is coming. when we are trying to send a test mail it reaches some time to vendor.

Please advise on this.

Dear Kiran,

You need to check with the Unix team who support the SMTP server.

You need to ask the unix team to setup a relay in SMTP server to send the mails to external user.

once they setup the relay for external system, your issue will get resolve.
