Can not set deletion flag of Production Order

Hi Guru,

I can't to set deletion flag of production order because amount in LC not zero.  But I want to cancel this production order.  I already reverse of goods movement and activity in order.

I found document of settlement (7000082199), settlement amount 32,934.52 before I cancel material Doc. 5000021254.

How I can solve this case.

Hi Thanapong,

what exactly you want to do? Make sure the balance is zero or archive the order also if balance is not zero?

If you want to make sure the balance is zero, you might contact a CO consultant, I can only guide you in PP. You said you cancel the goods movements, did you review COFC? Often there are records which need to be posted also.

If you want to archive the order also without balance is zero but you get error KO115 while trying this, you might want to use the workaround descriped in FAQ 540834 question 1.
