Load Parameters When Program Calls

Greetings Experts,

I have created one transaction variant through SHD0 which sets write parameters in XD01 -> Extras -> Blocking Customers. My problem is that, It sets parameter only when i go to that particular screen. But, I want that parameters to be set without going to that screen and creating normally customers.

Considering this has been sitting unanswered for a while I must not be the one unable to understand the question... Also title doesn't seem to match the text at all. Please consider re-writing the question using standard SAP terminology and in such a way that it could be understood by an average SAP professional.
