Automatic batch determination

Hello Experts,

Automatic Batch determination  is possible in EWM recent version ?

As i know in ewm 2007 ,system can't performed automatic batch determination !

Please suggest ?

Hi OM,

If you are using SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM), instead of using batch determination in SAP ERP, you can also perform it directly in SAP EWM, thereby taking into account the warehouse layout in SAP EWM (such as for optimizing the picking process). In this case, SAP ERP only transfers the characteristics as batch selection criteria to SAP EWM.

Yes it is available from EWM7.0 version onwards I guess.

I'm not sure what version it has become available but I can confirm that in 7.0 and above it is available.

Please find above the link for the help on this part for EWM 2007, it is supported in EWM2007.
