Production order report - Consumption + Yield

Hi

I need to build a query/ report that can show the following data for a production order:

1. Prod. Order #
2. Order Qty.
3. Components required
4. Operations required
5. Confirmed qty. (Yield, Scrap & Rework)
6. Components consumed

I can get most of the required fields on COOIS (List by - Components). But it does not contain confirmed qty. for the operations. I tried to build a report using SQVI (AFPO, RESB, & AFRU table join), but ran into errors. Could you please suggest best way to build this report?
