How to maintain and upload Profit Center wise GL budget

We tried to maintain budget through GP12N, but facing issue in selecting the appropriate planning profile and also after selecting specific planning profie

the budget is not getting updated.

Thanks for promt reply.

We are using using second layout as metioned in the screen shot i.e. 0FAGL-02, but through this layout how can we upload budget there is huge data. After filling all the data in the layout its directly going to excel screen, form this step how to upload huge data.

Hi,

There is no limitation / constraint in data upload. There are many option in upload methods

Say

We can upload manually

We can upload through Excel link

We can upload through BDC.

If you are not comfortable with excel upload, request APAPER for a BDC.

Hi,

The  T code for Excel upload is 7KEX.

Before the you need to create a planning layout and need to maintain the data for upload in a specific format.

You can maintain the layouts using the T code: KP34PC / GLPLD
