Refresh Sheet Error for Key Figure FINANCEPLANQTY in SAP2 Planning Area

Hi all,

we are currently facing an issue in the SAP sample planning area SAP2:

When I try to open the key figure FINANCEPLANQTY in an Excel planning view on level MONTH, S2CUSTREGION, S2PRDFAMILY, Excel returns a refresh sheet error. As soon as I reduce the level to MONTH, S2CUSTREGION only, I get results. However, the base planning level of that key figure (PERPRODFMLCUSTREGN) has the root attributes MONTH, S2CUSTREGION and S2PRDFAMILY, so to my understanding, I should be able to load that key figure on this level. Everything related to SAP2 is activated.

I also observed this in another IBP system, so it seems to be a general issue in SAP2. Does anyone have any input on that?

Hello Jonathan

This error is due an inconsistent combination for the product family. You can add a filter on the Product Family and select all the product families to avoid this error.

You can create an OSS to resolve the inconsistent data in your system.
