in solman 7.1, not getting EWA from SAP

Hi Gurus,

In solman_setup t code,

under managed system configuration the PRD status is not green,so I thought for this only am not getting EWA alerts.

please suggest forn this issue, and if u need any other details please let me know.

note: am getting DEV and QAS alerts from SAP.

please help me.

Hi Srikanth,

have you created a solution with your logical component in it and activated EWA for it.

Create EarlyWatch Alert in solution manager 7.1 - SAP Solution Manager Setup - SCN Wiki
