Hi experts,
we have a lot of open Change Requests with a lot of different requirements (including development, customizing, support, ...).
Now we would like to schedule them on a helpful way.
So what are the possibilities in ITSM 7.1?
How can I schedule open developments and the ressources?
I am looking for a kind of a board which gives me all open requirements (including the required time/scope) and displaying available ressources.
Like in CProjects.
Is there a possibility, to connect CProject to ITSM on a helpful way?
Kind regards
Hi Chirstian,
You can try standard ITSM/ChaRM BW Based Reporting for dashboards and can filter based upon requirements.
check below
further if above doesn't helps you can setup ITSM analytics(same link)
this should help

Hi Christian,
Without cproject this is difficult to achieve but i see a simpler solution could be building a custom report in SM_CRM with all the fields you require because you need to define custom fields to meet that level of details etc. based upon my experience.
you can try some below options as well in standard.
I know this won't help much and have seen these kind of requirement but majorly not all met in standard and need to build some custom programs/reports feeding the dashboards.
also in one of the projects I remember we typically built a custom report to output all the fields of incident dumped to a central server and used the output in Lumira for nice dashboards.
hope this helps your further
Thanks

Hi Christian,
Yes that's the perfect solution as solman ChaRM is integrated with cProject. please note incident is not integrated but rather its the RfC which is integrated so that you can do entire planning along with RfC process
Assigning a cProjects Project to a Project Cycle - Working with Projects - SAP Library
Cheers
Thanks
