Goods issue and goods receipt

HI Experts,

Help me with the solution.

I did goods issue wrongly , so when i am trying to reverse that by posting good receipt with the same qty, price and same date .

but when i am posting the goods receipts ,the figures of JE preview as different with the figures of goods issue.

Note: I am using FIFO

Hi Anil

While you adding the goods issue SAP Will pickup the First Inventory Value as per FIFO Method.  Try the below way in Test DB.

Method 1:

1. Divide the Goods Issue Journal Entry Value with Quantity and put in Unit Price Column.

Method 2:

1.  Add the Goods Receipt what the Value comes in Goods Receipt then do the Inventory Revaluation for the specific FIFO Layer
