I'm a Masters Student in Business Computing and interested in writing a Thesis on CRM with a Focus on Sales force / SAP. Cany you please guide me through hot Topics in the area.

I think the point of a Thesis is you do the research rather than others do the work for you.

A good start would be: SAP Customer Relationship Management - SAP Library

If you have a specific question, the SCN forum should be able to guide you in some way but such a vague question is not appreciated as much.
