OS level SAP Client delete error

Hi Experts,

I am deleting Client from sap using OS level R3trans command , But when i start the Command

R3trans -w , it give following error

unicode enabled version 2EETW169 no connect possible " connect failed with DBLI_RC_LOAD_LIB_FAILED

how to solve the problem and delete the client from sap without using SCC5 T-code
