ERP -EWM Integration

Hi Experts,

I am trying to setup the ERP EWM system integration in Sandbox. We have already completed the integration in both ERP & EWM.

But inbound delivery is not getting distrubuted from ERP to EWM. When it is tried other existing warehouse, IBD was distributed succesfully.

1. Distribution model is generated for the WH.

Please share your thoughts to distribute the delivery.

Thanks

Logam.

Hi Loga,

Please go through the configuration mentioned by the experts above with the distribution model in BD64, configure the queue in SMQS and SMQR. Assuming your configuration is correct , please allow the quantity and value update for the Material type used for the material in OMS2.

Hi Loga,

Can you please check the second error message in details, looks like a Z customized message, in that case, you may check the logic in details and maintain the master data as required.

Hi Mrinal,

You can also try below option, may be distribution model might be missing in your system.

  1. Go to transaction  /n/SPE/OL19
  2. Give your warehouse number, EWM logical system, Distribution model view ''WMS''
  3. Select object ''both''
  4. Action --> Create entries

if you get any error message, adjust distribution model in ''BD64''.

Hope this will helpful

Thanks and Regards,

Hi,

Please inform the long text of the message . Also check the following

  1. Storage location in delivery item is relevant for EWM or not
  2. Delivery split set on delivery type and WH number or not in ECC
  3. SMQ2 in EWM and SMQ1 in ECC and SLG1 in EWM

Hi,

I suppose that you have created the Inbound delivery with multiple Storage Locations and warehouse assigned to one of the SLoc is not relevant for EWM.

Please check this and create IBD again with 1 single Sloc for which the assigned WH should be relevant for EWM.
