Backup failing

Hi all, We have some SAP Servers (HP UX, Oracle). We are using backup software HP Data Protector, by using we connected the our six HP UX SAP Servers. Where all are having same options. But among these, in two servers the Database backup is failing. But we have checked with other servers in which backup ran successfully, everything is ok. Can anybody please help me on these? I have attached the backup logs here. Thanks Asad

Hi,

I have faced similar problem.
Which version of HP DP you are using ?

In few systems of I have solved this issue of backup failing by upgrading the SAP Kernel along with the respective update of BRtools.

Hi Raghav, My DP version is A.09.00, It is done from scratch installation. We added 6 servers into DP. among these 4 server's backup is running. But two got problem. Thanks Asad

Hi,

If you are not using oracle 12c, please make sure the brtools was executed via user orasid. Also please make sure SAP note 113747 was followed.
