Need to get finished job alerts using job monitoring through Solman 7.1

Dear All,

I configured Job monitoring using Solution Manager 7.1 for Alerts, we are getting alerts for Jobs which are cancelled or Start/End delay or if job completes out of time window. but i have a new requirement.

I need to get alerts for the job which are completed successfully . as solman monitors the job flow and if job completes then the status turns green and alerts are triggered only for the status yellow or red.

if there any work around or any step by which i can configure alerts for finished jobs and i get email alerts for the same ??

Hi,

You can try with the below option-

In job monitoring-

Alert Configuration step

Job log Messages-

Message type- Success message

Message class 00

Message number- 517

Save , activate and proceed as usual.

This will help me to get the data in solution manager work center(SM_WORKCENTER)

but i need solman to send a auto email alert for completed jobs (with out error). so i get to know the job is completed without logging in to Solman workcenter.??

Is there any way solman can do that ??
