Past orders not displayed in the Initial Column in Planning Book

Dear All

The orders with availability date in the past are not getting displayed in the initial column in the Planning Book. However the same orders are visible in the product view (/sapapo/rrp3). Also, if  I go into the "Display details" of the cell in the initial column i can see the list of all individual past orders. But I cannot see the aggregate of all these past orders in the Initial column cell for that particular key figure.

Please share your thoughts , if you could find the root cause.

Thanks

Pranjal

Hi,

Check KBA 1821733 first. Especially the quantity type setting in category group.

Hello,

Assign a time bucket profile to the past periods for the dataview in transaction /SAPAPO/SDP8B, in order to have past TS data available.

The time bucket profile should contain the periods that you want to sum up the data.

You can either display or hide the past periods, by using 'Visible' option in transaction /SAPAPO/SDP8B.

Write a customizing macro in transaction /SAPAPO/ADVM to calculate the sum of values in the past periods and put the result into INITIAL column.

Best Regards,
