APO User-Exits to control custom fields in APO Product and Location Master

Hi All,

We have created new custom field in APO Product and Location Master.

The new field is a Date Field (Calendar) and we would like to control the usage of this field with APO user-exits.

In my case when users click on this field (in Change or Create mode) a calendar pop-up screen will open and they should be able to select the date from the calendar. However, we would like to have control or limitation on the date they select, e.g. user should only allowed to change the date within 100 days from the current date. When they enter above 100 days (>100 days) the system should provide error message when they save the product or location master.

I appreciate if anyone in this community had come across this type of requirement and willing to share your experience. Any suggestion or advise to check with relevant user-exits is great.

Please try BAdi /SAPAPO/MD_CHK_AUTH

BAdI for /sapapo/md_check_authority with your custom logic.
