issue with CL_GUI_HTML_VIEWER when using the java gui

I'm testing a program that uses the class CL_GUI_HTML_VIEWER and it looks like it works in the windows based gui, but does not work in the java based gui running on a mac.

Has anyone else experienced this? Would this be considered a java gui bug?
