Avoiding second login challenge when accessing Personas

is there a guide available to assist with setting up SSO(Single Sign On) for Personas?

We are launching Personas from within the SAP gui menu as URL. 

When the URL is selected a second login box is displayed in the users browser and we must provide Username & Password the second time.

Once they are entered we are not challenged again as long as the browser is not closed but this is problem since we use single sign on the first time and many users do not know their username&password

Hi Bill,

What is your Personas version? Do you have SSO configurations on both systems? Check the value of login/create_sso2_ticket in RZ10 instance profile on both systems.

We have Personas configured on the same ECC6 EHP5 system that we are accessing

login/create_sso2_ticket  is set to 2
