Change picking quantity in delivery

Hi,

We have manual QC process,that is visual QC.

I created delivery for X material-5 QTY,Transfer order and confirmation is done for 5 qty,after this PGI is done.

At the time of dispatch to end customer QC is done a person visually.By that time out of 5,1 qty is found to defect.

So we did reverse PGI-VL09

After that u did LT0G (Return to stock from delivery) for 1 qty.

Now i am planning to do PGI for 4 qty.

So In Vl02N ,screen,i found that the delivery qty is 5 and picked qty is 4.The delivery qty 5,is grayed out.It means i cannot make any change.Is there any possibility for me to change the delivery quantity to 4,so that i can do PGI for 4 qty.

Hi did the following,

VL09--->LT0G-->LT12

In LT0G ,i did reverse for 1 qty.Transfer order was created at background

I went to LT12 ,based on TO number ,i confirmed the TO.

Latter after doing so,i could able to change the delivery qty.Now I could do PGI
