KANBAN - Scan a bin to trigger an empty Status

Hi Team,

Need help regarding KANBAN process, wherein the supplier will scan the material by coming into the Customers plant.

Scenario is there are multiple suppliers providing material to the plant. Supplier comes to plant to scan the bin to trigger an empty signal.

As there many supplier, we want a validation point or check point wherein the supplier can only scan material that is assigned to him.

Supplier A should not be able to scan a material which is assigned to Supplier "B". 1 Supplier is assigned to 1 material.

Just opinion see whether your could control this with any authorization control.

Assuming each Control cycle is having only 1 Bin assigned

As each control cycle would have a separate person responsible or source supplier where in you can control the control cycle bins with assigning that particular person in authorization object Please explore.
