STO(Stock transfer Order) Header Texts more than 1

Former Member

Dear community,

we set up header texts for stock transfer orders. To ensure that they appear in the delivery we set up the copy control.

The header texts are copied if I process just one STO.

But we get a problem when STOs are processed in background or you select more than one STO.

The copy function only copies the texts from the first STO to the corresponding delivery. All other deliveries do not receive any texts.

Does anybody know how we could solve this issue?

Thank you very much for your support!

Cheers

Sounds pretty much like a bug, just not clear whether it is at SAPs or your side. Can you explain in detail how you have setup your copy control

Hi Jürgen,

Thank you for your quick response!

We made the settings in VOTXN -> delivery -> header and created an text scheme with 3 text-IDs for "NL".

Each ID has its own access sequence.

e.g.

Text-object KNVV

ID: 0003 (Delivery Note Print)

Partner: SH

All Languages: X

Language: ' ' (empty)

Partn. Function Lang: ' ' (empty)

Pur. Org. Lang: ' ' (empty)

Requirement number of texts: 0 (empty)

Data transfer: 0 (empty)

Is this helpful?

Hi Jürgen,

Today I simply removed the entry for VOTXN and KNVV.

The situation is still the same.

Could you please advise me where the copy control is set up? It seems one of my predecessor before did this somewhere else.

Thank you for your reply!

Cheers

check the instructions given in OSS note 751441

an other way is described in OSS note  53593

those are basically the options to adopt text.

Hi Jürgen,

the first OSS Note did the trick!

The entries "EKKO" and "EKPO" were missing in the table "TFRM".

Now it seems to work!

Thank you!
