Unexpected error

Hi all,

I am getting a unexpected error when trying to login into the universe designer tool (pre-production) environment. I am able to login into other environment with the same universe designer. when I tried to find what causes the issue in google, it is been instructed as to clear the LSI file for BO 3.1. I have also attached the screenshot of the error message. Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue in BO 4.1 ?

And also can someone assist me what is that LSI file and for it is user for ?

Please help it is little urgent

Hi,

Don't know the use of LSI file but you can delete this.Once again when you will login on particular envirnment BO will create the LSI file again for particular envirnemnt.

It's like server name_port.lsi

Location is.

C:\Users\Documents\My Business Objects Documents\LocData
