Dear all,

I´m facing this error here when trying to install the EHP7 for ERP 6.0 on Windows 2012 r2 with Sybase. I have installed sybase 15 before starting the erp setup.

The error is:

dear all,

thank you for your feedback but the fixed my self.

Just went to variable definition section on the OS and removed all because it was there coming from the previous sybase installation.

Now it´s working perfect.

Hi Nelson,

Have you already started the Installtion and is it in which phase.

As i had one issue while installing the Sybase 15 with patch 132. If faced error while sec store creation after DB create phase.

So i had upgraded the kernel to latest patch which resolved the issue. As the SWPM uses SSFS method to update the secstore, and the default SAP DVD kernel doesnot support SSFS.

So you need to update the kernel to use Sybase with SSFS.

So upgrade the SAP kernel and re-run the step which should resolve the issue.

Also do update us the details sapinst_dev.log.

1. Just copy the all the installation media from DVD's to local disk, Start the installation from the local disk.

2. On your windows 2012 have you disable the Firewall & UAC?

3. Kindly check this SAP Notes   2079745 &   2146500
