Monitoring Issue for Synchronous Interface

Hi Experts,

Is there any other way to find out some details for Synchronous Interface payload or other information in PI server rather than monitoring tool?

Actually, our client not agreed to on the flag for showing the log due to performance issue.

The data get stored in to the below tables, if persistence is enabled

Thanks for your quick reply.

Synchronous Message log archiving is not permitted by client due to some performance issue. But for monitoring purpose, we need all information.

Is there any alternative way to get all information about Messages?

Arthita,

There is no standard way other than enabling the logging of synchronous messages.

You can enable the logging only for a specific interface/scenario and also for a certain level.

The error messages are always logged by default.
