SAP ERP PI SNC Integration - Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible

Hello Experts,

We are currently integrating SAP ERP with SNC using PO 7.4 as middleware.

The ESR content has been downloaded from the service market place and all ESR and ID objects have been configured. The current scenario that is being tested is the purchase order collaboration. We are on a dual stack and the receiver communication channel to SNC is XI itself.

The messages are in checkered flag in PI SXMB_MONI. However, while performing SXMB_MONI in SNC, the messages are in red with error "Integration Engine: General Error" status and detailed error as shown below :-
