problems with hotlinks in ChaRM

Hi, i very new in the SAP Arena. I setup a SolMan 7.1 SP 11 with ChaRM using RfC with normal change, urgend change and defect correction.

Now i am facing issues around hotlinks in My Messages or in the link to the change document as well.

When i hit those links, nothing happen. I try to find already existing cases or something similar without success.

Can anybody help ?

Hi Jens,

Have you checked with SAP ALL to rule out access issues.

also, check if you below role(assuming you have business role+pfcg authorization roles already assigned)

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_PROC

normally this is authorization issue but if not the case might be a bug.

Hi, thanks for the answer. Seems that the SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_PROC Role resolves my issue for the ZMCR. Therefore now i am more or less sure that it is a authorization issue for the other transaction types. I will compare now the obejct.

Hi Jens,

always welcome and happy to see issue resolved.

I have faced many times that issue so I shared that role because normally all the roles are assign from pfcg except that one and it creates these issue.

Do check below wiki for security and also the authorization for all transaction types like ZMCR,ZMMJ etc.
