In SAP APO SPP, how to check whether the demand for a product got realigned to another product
Hi Syed,
Three things will initiate the demand realignment.
Stocking (RI) Changes
BOD Changes
Supersession.
To check whether the demand realigned or not, you need to make sure under what circumstances the demand got changed (3 of above)
If its Stocking.
Then check the raw data (SO) of demand of both the location in /sapapo/dmrd and Demand History on both the location in /sapapo/dmdh TXN, Then Compare both the location's demand for the product, you may come to know demand for the product may got moved from one loc to another when RI got changed.
IF BOD
Then you can do the same as above.
IF SS
Then check the SPPD date first.
Check the predecessor product and Successor product demand on DMRD and DMDH prior to SPPD date and after the SPPD date, then you may notice that the demand of Successor part will have the demand of Predecessor + Successor part demand together after the SPPD date in DMDH.
Alternatively
You can check each individual realignment steps in table /1APO/R110000041
