Error during phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG upgrade to SP13

Hi experts,

We actually facing the following error in point  5.6 Execution of an upgrade os Solman, we very stuck in this face since many days. during the proccess we get the next error:

Checks after phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG were negative!

Last error code set: Detected 3 aborted activities in 'XPRASUPG.ELG'

Calling '/usr/sap/SC1/DVEBMGS04/exe/tp' failed with return code 12, check /usr/sap/SC1/SUM/abap/log/SAPup.ECO for details

When we unlock the instance to apply somes workarounds and check the st22 for dumps, we found this wire dump:

We also try the option: Accept non-severe errors and repeat phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG but the error and dump persist.

In adition in the logs we found:

To bypass the error , you need to select ACCEPT non severe errors option and continue.

SPRX_PROXY_AFTER_IMPORT is function module.

we already try this kba but when we download the note cant be implemented because the system its in a upgrade says.

In my case the mentioned type its a table type:
