How to set custom alerts in SolMan based on availability of data in file path?

Hi Experts,

I need to customize my solution such that a mail is triggered from SOLMAN to the recipient only when data is present in the given file path (instead of going with standard SAP provided time intervals such as 20 minutes or 30 minutes).

Any suggestions?

Hi Roland,

I have a plant number that will be a part of the file name. My requirement is, notifications has to be sent only when the system finds a file that contains the particular plant number in its name.

How can I achieve this?
