Webi Report Run History

Hi All

  I want to get the report history like when the report is run - date and time. How to get that details ? I am not scheduled the report, simply running the report everytime. Need to know that how to get the run history in bobj.

Check the following query from the Audit universe in BI 4.0. This should suffice for the Information you are looking for.

You cannot  this information from CMS using Query builder. But if the auditing is enabled you can retrieve the report refresh times from the Audit reports.check my blogs below

If Auditing is enabled and you have Audit universe then you will get the details from Audit universe.

  Thanks for prompt reply, i think auditing is not enabled. to confirm this where i can check whether auditing is enabled or not?

Is there any possibility to get details from Query builder in admin tools?

Hi,

In the CMC->Auditing you can check if auditing is enabled.

I don't think these details you can get from Query builder.
