Hello Guys,

Starting PSM/DVEBMGS00 [ABAP: STARTING]. Elapsed time: 0:30 minutes...

An error occurred while processing option SAP Solution Manager 7.1 Support Release 1 > SAP Systems > SAP ASE > Central System > Central System( Last error reported by the step: Instance PSM/DVEBMGS00 reached state SHUTDOWN after having state STARTING. Giving up.)

I tried restarting through SAP MMC but no luck. there is no another instance running in this machine

Any help is appreciated

Ibrahim

Hello Ibrahim,

Are you still facing the issue? If so, please reproduce the issue once again and provide the following files:

- all files under /usr/sap/PSM/DVEBMGS00/work directory

Hi,

Starting PSM/DVEBMGS00 [ABAP: STARTING]. Elapsed time: 0:30 minutes...

Try to share sapinst_dev.log file for analysis,in addition maintain host entries as similar

127.0.0.1  localhost.localdomain  localhost

<IP of Server>  <<Hostname>

with a soft restart of the system to check again.

Hope this will help you.
