I have added an email id filed in my incident screen,using personlaize option.
I am not able to activate the functionality of email id.
We have used BRF+ for configuring the incident management screen..
So am i supposed to do any changes or add in the BRF+ ruleset ?
O to activate the functionality should i implement a BADI?
Please help me

You need not to do anything in BRF+ or in BADI.
