Adding to Pushkar's reply, if you want to quickly implement Chat in SAP Cloud for Customer, you can also make use of the integrated solution offered by SnapEngage, as shown in the video below.

You can trial this feature by getting a trial account for SnapEngage and checking the chat functionality.
