Service Message Tab in Solution Manager Solution Documentation

Hi, This is Eunhwa.

I have a question regarding service message in solution documentation.

After we make a project, we can do solution documentation like business scenario, business process and busienss step.

and we can fine service message tab in configuration mode.

However, when I select create button, I cannot fine Change Transaction Tab below capture.

How can I assign the Change Transaction menu in solution documentation service message tab?

Please give me a guide.
