Easy Document -Doc Structure disappears

Hi,

I have noticed one strange issue in Easy DMS. In the business Scenario, there are multiple Folders which will in turn have contents again with folders or documents and which are tied together by doc structure.

Sometimes , all of sudden the whole doc structure of some folders get disappeared from the Easy DMS . To get back the contents, I have to go to Create Doc Structure, for Main DIR number, Add all the missed DIR numbers so that structure again forms and then the contents inside them can be seen in the EDMS. While doing this, we will refer Quality system and hence can make the Doc Structure back.

But have no clue why sometimes the Doc Structure disappears in the EDMS system. If any of you guys came across similar situation and got any solution to stop such issues, do let me know. I feel it's a bug in EDMS.
