Hi,

This might be caused by moving the user with improper methods in ppoma_bbp.
The old relationship is not removed, but the new relationship is set up.
I suggest you check the real relationship for user BP in table BUT050:
Please set BP of User in partner2 and search what org BP is linked with this user.

For the other relationships, would you please try to run PFAL again for this user with update mode to see if old relationship can be removed?

If this user is not replicated from HR side, you may refer to the solution in the following KBA:

1973071  - Error: Employee relationship between BP &2 and BP(Org) &1 missing

Hi Ivy,

Thanks for your response !

I checked in BUT050 table and could see three entries are present for a CP.

I ran PFAL for the user id but still BP relationships are not getting removed .

Please advise

Thanks and regards,

Hi,

Because this is pure HR-replicated user, we can do nothing manually in SRM side.
I suggest running PFAL in update mode for this user again, and check the idoc to see if the relationship in the idoc is correct.
If the relationship in idoc is wrong, please raise an SAP incident under BC-BMT-OM-EBP.

Hi Raju

Can you try below and see if it works ?

You should first repair using Report HRALXSYNC as shown below

Then Delete the relationship by logging into BP and then relationships and hit the delete button

as shown below in Yellow ..

Let me know if it works

Hi Vinita,

Manual steps might affect the whole HR synchronization for this BP.
Is it better to make sure if this user or relationship is synchronized from HR side?
The manual correction in BP or PPOMA_BBP should not be recommended for HR replication scenario.

Hi Vinita,

Thanks for your note.

As ivy said we shouldnt do any manual corrections in pposa_bbp if we use hr-srm replication or structure.

even we cannot delete BP manually if we are replicating org structure from HR .

Please advise if you any other suggestions .

Tks

Hi Raju,

Would you please make some minor change in HR side for this user and run PFAL again?
Please send the idoc number to the incident so that the processor can help to check this further.

In fact, I am located in Asian time zone, so we only have few overlapped time.
A processor in EMEA zone will respond to it timely.
If this is really urgent, just raise priority to High.

Hi Raju,

It should be PP02 t-code to change the data in HR user.
