Dear BPC Friends,
I have to pull the BASE member of around 30 PARENT member using EPMDIMENSIONOVERRIDE function. I know the syntax for this is BAS(111),BAS(222),BAS(333),BAS(444).........etc.
So my question is, can I use syntax BAS(111,222,333,444).... etc. or is there any other syntax to pull the base member of 30 parent member using EPMDIMENSIONOVERRIDE function.
Kindly advice,
Thanks,
Rahul
Hi Rahul,
Is the 30 parents members are fixed or some logic is there for pulling the members apart from base members? If 30 parents are fixed then why you are using override?
You can directly use from edit report, simply select 30 parent and choose relationship as base members.
If my assumption is wrong about selection of base members then, kindly provide more detail about reporting structure and override logic.
Or
You can you use Andy's suggestion, if you have higher node for your 30 parent members.
Hope this will help you.

Hi Rahul,
Do you have one node that is higher than 111, 222, 333?
You can use that node instead of all 30 parents.
