How to push message to a group of people or all people existing on a cloud tenant?

Please advise if the following will work for you.

The key user can create their own news feed and all users can view it in the required WoCs. Of course this will not work like a pop up.

WoC: Application and User Management -> News Authoring.

b. The tile latest News : How to set up this up, I do not see that under Home Screen Adaptation.

c. Can you point to any resource on how to set this up

Hello Guys

Any pointers on How to set up the Latest News Tile on the RUI Home screen.

Via Adapation --> tools we do not see the tile which is shown in Pushkar's screen shot

Any ideas are welcome?
