Purchase Requisitions is not disappearing after approved from the SBWP list

Hi,

when i approved the Purchase Requisitions, it is not disappearing from  business workplace of the manager inbox .

In backend PR Release Strategy is updated as Released.

What could be the mixing configuration here???

Also provide:

1) Screen shot of the SBWP inbox where you see the work item After executing it

2) Screen Shot of the AciveX Workflow Log of the same work item

3) Screen shot of the Step History (technical WF Log) of the decision item which has reappeared in the inbox

Please try:

1) Refresh of the Workflow Inbox

2) Check the Workflow log and see if this the next instance going to the same approver

Thanks for your immediate response.

I have checked all options which you mentioned in above. The work item status is in process in SWI1  even though the approver has been released PR from sap inbox.

Also , the above subject issue has happened only for few user. .not for all user. ..

Kindly help me out to resolve it.
