Hi,
We are looking at implementing SSO.
Current Environment:
Planned Environment:
The question that needs answered:
1. How Long will it take to implement SSO 2.0 on CURRENT landscape?
2. Is it worth the effort and cost implementing SSO 2.0 at this point?
If you could please give some pointers or highlights on what you feel the best route would be?
Thank you
Regards,
Johann
Hi Johann
implementation of sso snc in your scenario should be pretty easy and quick (depending of course how much your basis and infrustructure team cooperate..)
Access of backend will always be needed and implementing sso snc will make this secure and passwordless (managing accound details is usually a cost for a company...)
Good luck
A

Hi Andrea,
Thanx for the response but i would appreciate if someone could answer my 2 questions.
In an ideal world let say there is no hiccups and everyone is working well together, without delay.
1. How Long will it take to implement SSO 2.0 on CURRENT landscape?
Are we talking hours, days or weeks longer than an SCN implementation.
2. Is it worth the effort and cost implementing SSO 2.0 at this point?
I am aware that SSO SNC is the quickest and simplest way to implement and cost is much lower compared to SSO 2. But with our environment what would be the reason to go SSO2?
Thank you
J
