C4C Webdispatcher

Hi Guys,

We have a Single dispatcher , and connected with portal system. We plan to use the same dispatcher to integrate the C4C system.

We have configured PO backend system and configured the parameter SRCURL=/ , and as well as the wdisp parameter is not forward to that PO system.

Kindly advise us the proper SRCURL to connect the C4C and backend system PO.

Hi Manivannan,

Have you gone through the the Integration Guide (for PI) which is on the Marketplace? In addition to having the step by step, there are some reports for checking settings that could help me.

In case you find it hard through this guides, the Best Practices guides have almost the same steps but showing images also.

Hi Alejandro,

I have studied that document,When i use separate webdisaptcher for C4C, it is working . If i try to combine with my portal dispatcher it is not connecting to C4C.
