Hi,
recently we upgraded our SAP BO 4.1 server and client components from SP1 to SP6.
Since that we can not longer get Check Integrity Results when running check integrity on the universe in Universe Design Tool.
What could be the problem here, is there any other way to get this working?
P.S. when we run the check integrity we can see in the lower left corner of the screen that it processess the universe, but no results are shown.

Hi Mario,
I would try re-applying the support Patch 6.
Then do a refresh structure in the universe.
Then check integrity.

1. Does it throw any error?
2. Have tried checking Integrity for both new and existing universes? If not new, then create sample new universe, export back to repository, open and check Integrity?
3. Another important thing to understand if you server/ client tools have been upgraded successfully? Check install logs for both server/ client and see if there are any error messages exist?

Hi,
there are no erros while checking the integrity.
It just finishes but there is no results windows with logs.
The check integrity was working normally with SP1 but we had to upgrade since we could no switch between universes in Universe Design Tool.
Now we can switch between universes but there is no integrity check results windows.
